An instructor and proponent of Advanced Yoga and Pranayam, Shri Gopal Jha is a record holder for 1008 Surya Namaskars in Limca Book of Records. He believes in yogic practices being an instrument for healing and destressing as well as helping in creating positivity of mind and thoughts.
Having trained in all Yoga and Pranayam techniques including those using props, Shri Gopal Jha teaches yoga to young and old alike.

Ms. Smriti Verma who was initiated into Hindustani Classical Music at the age of 3 by her first guru, her mother has dedicated her life to the promotion of Hindustani Classical and light singing among the youth of Mumbai. She has been trained for over a decade in both Hindustani and Light music under gurus like Late Shri Kshir Sagar. A multi talented person, Smriti has also trained in Kathak and is a writer of poems and ghazals. She has been actively involved in training children in Hindustani Classical and Light music at Mantras and offers vaious courses affiliated to the Gandharva Sangeet Mahavidyalay.
Ms. Nipa Mehta, a founder member and current President of Kala Sangam Academy of Fine Arts is a Bharatanatyam exponent. She has been conferred with the title of Nritya Sreshtha at the Shivali dance festival, in 2018. A Nritya Visharad in Bharatanatyam, she has been teaching Bharatanatyam for more than three decades. A dancer and teacher par excellence, she is also on the board of examiners of Bhartiya Sangeet Samiti and Nrityalika Dance Academy. Under her tutelage, eleven batches of students have successfully completed their ten years master diploma course, seven batches have completed their Visharad and several students have performed their Arangetram in Bharat Natyam. She has choreographed many stage shows for schools and colleges. She has been associated with Mantras 11 Studio teaching Bharatanatyam, for the past six years.
Both of them have been associated with Mantras for the Little Explorers Program for kids. Priyanka, a marketing professional has been associated
with kids since her college days. A blogger on parent-child bonding, her last stint was with the educational arm of The Times of India. Her passion
towards exploring the learning ability of young kids and encouraging them to expand and develop their language and motor skills made her start Little Explorers.
Sneha, an Engineer by profession and a passionate artist, has a deep rooted imagination and aids her in helping children to the same-Explore their artistic skills and creativity and take it further. Her experience as a corporate trainer of Out-of-the Box thinking has helped her apply the same with kids. She teaches them to explore new horizons. They run Little Explorers at Mantras 11 Studio.

Ms. Sunitha Sivadas, an accomplished dancer has been teaching Bharathanatyam and Mohiniattam for the past two decades across the geographies of Trivandrum, Kerala and Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Sunitha took her lifelong love of learning dance a step further when she started DHWANI School of Dance in the year 2000. Sunitha has had multiple prestigious opportunities of having performed for the Govt of Kerala in the Kerala Tourism Department programs. Sunitha took the initiative to further her studies in Mohiniattam under Guru Dr. Geeta Radhakrishna Menon. She successfully completed her M.F.A in Bharathanatyam from Thanjavur University under the distinguished Dr. Padma Subrahmaniam and as she continues to both teach and perform in Mumbai and in Kerala, Sunitha chooses to believe her journey has only just begun. She also had the privilege to perform along with Great Dancers Padmashri Shobhana and Padmavibhushan Sonal Mansingh for the inauguration of International Film Festival of India in 1998. She is also the brain child behind Kalarasika, a platform to promote Indian Classical Dance, Music and other art forms among the youth of India by providing them not only an opportunity to perform but also give them an exposure to renowned artists. Sangeet Natak Academy Award and a prolific kathak dancer has created many milestones
in this graceful dance style. Her dance reflects her passion and the intricacies of the Lucknow, Jaipur and Banaras Gharana that she has imbibed and
perfected over decades with deep 'Tapasya'.
She holds a record of 5000 dancing rounds with the help of Tratak yoga and 15 hours of non-stop Kathak Dance (17th Feb, 1996) and has been conferred the title of 'Dancing Queen' of the Millennium by the Artiste Guild of London. She has been conferred the titles of Kathak Shreshtha, Prayag Gaurav, Nritya Surbhi and the list is endless. As a Guru she has perfected amazing dancing maneuvers like Sketching figures and symmetric letters with the help of foot movements (Aakash Charies & Bhoomi Charies) on sprinkled saw dust and dancing on the difficult to master Sangam Taal of 8.75 beats and Chandramohan Taal of 6.25 beats.
She has performed at various national and international dance festivals and has trained hundreds of students over decades with complete dedication, passion and motherly love.

Odissi, an ancient Indian Classical dance form finds its origins in the temples of Orissa and Sumana Sarkar has been a lifelong disciple of this Nritya shaili. She was introduced to this art form at the of five and her love for this art continues to prosper to this date. Though a media professional at CNBC TV18,
her life long love and dedication towards Odissi prompted her to teach this dance form to the enthusiatic students of Lokhandwala and so began her association with Mantras 11 Studio seven years ago. She hopes to keep the traditional Old School Odissi alive among the young people of Mumbai.
She has trained under Guru Shrijukta Dhruba Charan Biswal initially and later also had the blessings of Padmashree Shrimati Kiran Sehgal.
Guru Sharmishtha Das is a Guitar and Keyboard maestro who has been an accomplished Doordarshan, Kolkata and All India Radio guitarist for western, Bengali, Nazrul and Tagore songs. She has worked on Bollywood projects with Jubin Nautiyal, Dev Negi,Tanishk Bagchi etc. She has expertise in Hawaiian Guitar, Spanish Guitar and Keyboard. With a career in music spanning 50 years, she has taught music at prestigious schools in Kolkata and has taken training from renowned guitarists like Shree V.Balsara.(Pianist, Piano Accordion player, Organ Player, Music Director), Hawaiian Guitar - from Shri Kaji Aniruddho (Composer, Guitarist and Son of great poet Kaji Nazrul Islam), Nazrul Geeti and Western, Indianfrom Abhijit Nath and Modern Indian and Western from Shri Batuk Nandi(Guitarist). A winner of many awards and accolades, she has been associated with Mantras 11 Studio for the past three years in teaching Guitar and Keyboard.

It is for this very purpose that Mukul Sir trains musicians for the Trininty Classical Certification a
much coveted certificate in the field of music. He has 15 years of experience working with students in Western, Classical, Metal, Commercial Blues, Rock, and Bollywood genre.
He is a part of a Folk Blues Band that performs across India and is also a drummer for senior artists at concerts. He has trained under senior drummers.

Martial Arts helps not only in self defence but also in disciplining oneself. Mr.Mayur Shukal is a karate and martial arts teacher with more than 2 decades of experience in teaching Karate, Kick boxing, Krav Maga, Armed and Unarmed Judo.
A 5th degree(Dan) black belt from Goju Ryu school of Karate ,Japan, he was the Winner of World Martial Arts Council Games, 2016. A deicated task master he expects hard work and sincerity from students.
Sushree Shriya Popat, a student of "Naad Nritya Yogi" Acharya Pandit Anupam Rai ji, is an exponent of Natwari Kathak Dance in its pure form. Her dance is equipped with the elegance of Lucknow, briskness of Jaipur,
divinity of Banaras and mathematical complexity of Raigarh schools of Kathak Dance. Backed with an M.A in Kathak, she has been teaching Kathak for the last 6 years at Anupam Academy of Performing Arts
in the form of regular training and workshops to students of various age groups right from 5 year old kids to young and elderly men and women.
